Odf-tuki Mac OS X:n Officelle - turha toivo?

Kun Microsoft Office 2007:aan tuli tuki ODF-dokumenteille (mm. OpenOfficen käyttämä tiedostomuoto), ryhdyin innolla odottamaan, että sama ominaisuus tulisi myös Microsoft Office 2008:aan. Tämä näyttää kuitenkin turhalta toivolta:

We currently don't plan to add ODF support to Office 2008 for Mac. Sorry I can't provide more than that, and thanks for the comment.
